"In June we were traveling in Michigan with our RV and had a breakdown. I contacted Will’s office and was asked if we were in a safe place, and was informed we have road side assistance. Our damage was caused by road conditions and State Farm had us covered. Felica and Will go beyond and we are Happy to be part of their family."

"Worse agent ever, no one answers the phone or calls you back unless you call customer service.to busy doing his own personal things like playing with baseball cards in the office instead of doing your job & that’s when someone is ever at the office.corporate needs to check these reviews everyone is saying the same exact thing.was given wrong information regarding our policy’s & declarations. Switching agents peoples time are valuable to deal with this nonsense."

"Hello Robert. I checked our call logs yesterday and it showed you never called between our office hours from 9:00-5:00 on 7/9. There was a note from our after-hours customer care team that said you have an issue with a change that you and I met about back on 6/11. I can assure you on our end that those changes have been completed with everything you asked us to do. I tried to call you back yesterday morning and left you a message to make sure if there was anything else you needed. I wish you all the best and let us know however we can help. "

"If I could give zero stars I would! To begin, I first met Will at the apartment community I was living at, he provides insurance to my landlords. He seemed nice enough and the rates he offered were reasonable. He offered me life insurance for my young son and I agreed without really understanding the ins and outs of it. After I had some time to think about it, I got in touch with him and told him I would like to cancel the policy. He said he would take care of it. During the time I had my renters and auto insurance policies with him, I had to call him on a monthly basis to make my payment over the phone. He rarely answered the phone so I would have to go by his office to make my payments. One day, I go by and I go in the office and he is playing golf with maybe his young niece while they are eating lunch. I understand people need to eat but when you are running a business, you should have someone answering the phones at all times. Fast forward about a year later and I decided I didn’t want to stay with Will any longer so I go to another State Farm agent and they said I need to try to make amends with Will before they will take me on as a client. So I go back to Will and just tell him it’s not working out. He says “I think I’ve seen you in here before, what’s your name again?” Now mind you, I’ve been in his office numerous times and he doesn’t have a clue who I am. He does the paperwork to transfer me to the other office and I leave. I feel bad because he says he doesn’t have a lot of clients so I pray about it that night and decide to give him a second chance. So I call him and he’s in a meeting so I leave my information and he never calls me back! I meet with the new agent and find out that he let my renters insurance lapse and that he never cancelled my son’s life insurance policy! And now State Farm wants to charge me to cancel the policy and send me a check for like $20 when I’ve been paying on the policy for over a year! No sir! Needless to say, I will not be using State Farm again!"

"Just switched agents. I have had enough of this office. Bad enough they never answer the phone or return phone calls, they will sit and lie about it. Sending me a text saying they have called. I have phone records to prove I have never received a call back from this office. I am not the only person with this complaint looking at the reviews. Most of the time they are sitting in the office doing their own personal business. Even if they were busy with other customers as they state, they could still return a phone call within 2-3 days. No excuse for their lack of customer service!"

"Not a comment on products they offer but I’ve called three times (no answer anytime) over two weeks and left two voicemails. I have received no call back so customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority. I’m disappointed that I was referred here."

"We decided to get insurance with State Farm again after not having them for a long time. So we contacted Will Spencer who was nice when we first got our policy in August 2023. Then everytime we called the office nobody answered the phone between August-November or called us back when we left messages. I called on October 10th and he didn't call back until about 2 1/2 weeks later after I had called the Corporate office. I called Corporate over 5 times within a week and nobody answered when Corporate called them when I was on the phone with them (I told them good luck) and they even left a message as it was very important that we needed to talk to him about our policy. I had to file a complaint and file an appeal with the Corporate office and he finally called us back 2-3 days later and lied to my husband as he told my husband over the phone that he has called us back everytime which was a lie as my husband and I both called the office and we both left messages the same day or the next day almost everytime within 3 months. My husband called him several times. It's pretty bad when the Corporate office can't get in touch with them and it makes State Farm look bad. We had to change agents because nobody would answer our calls or call us back when we left a message at his office. Thank goodness I wrote everything down as proof. We have NEVER had such POOR service with any agent with State Farm until we decided to get insurance through him. DO NOT GET INSURANCE THROUGH HIM."

"Kim, thank you for your comments. I checked my call logs and emails and show that I called 4 times and sent your husband 3 emails during that time frame. I'm glad my agency was able to help you get your policy eligible for coverage with State Farm and glad we saved you money. I want you to be satisfied, and please know that you are with a great agent, and I wish you all the best. "
